About the Role
We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our first Azure-based disaster recovery offering—a critical component of our multi-cloud product strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a greenfield initiative, from strategy to launch, in a high-impact, high-autonomy environment.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Arpio’s disaster recovery offering for Azure.
- Ensure alignment with Azure best practices, customer needs, and the core Arpio value proposition.
- Conduct ongoing market research and customer discovery to develop deep insights into the cloud resilience space and our ideal customer profile.
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for the Azure offering.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements, and shepherd development through an agile delivery process.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, launch plans, and long-term customer support initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including services, architecture, and deployment patterns.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and networking fundamentals—able to go deep on common topics like DNS, routing, and identity and access management.
- Working knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies for cloud and hybrid environments.
- Proven success in bringing B2B SaaS product offerings to market.
- Natural problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a creative approach to designing solutions.
- Comfortable navigating the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage startup.
- Excellent communicator—able to break down complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be a U.S. resident.

- Based in or near the Triangle Region of North Carolina—we have a team and office in Durham, and hybrid work is an option.
